Anoop Prakash Awasthi is a first-generation, self-made lawyer with a distinguished career spanning multiple legal disciplines. He holds the prestigious designation of Advocate-on-Record at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, is a registered Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, and serves as a Registered GST Practitioner.

Anoop’s legal journey is marked by a commitment to public service, as he has taken up numerous pro bono cases before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, advocating for justice and supporting the underserved.

With a decade of experience at the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Anoop has established a solid foundation in financial and debt-related litigation. He is well-versed in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, having represented and assisted insolvency professionals in legal proceedings before the NCLAT (National Company Law Appellate Tribunal), NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal), and the Supreme Court. His expertise encompasses the entire spectrum of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), from the admission of cases to aiding resolution applicants in acquiring control of insolvent companies.

Anoop is a post graduate in Economics (M.A.) and Law (LL.B) from the Campus Law Centre, Delhi, equipping him with a well-rounded understanding of both economic principles and legal intricacies.
