With a decade of experience at the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Anoop has established a solid foundation in financial and debt-related litigation. He is well-versed in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, having represented and assisted insolvency professionals in legal proceedings before the NCLAT (National Company Law Appellate Tribunal), NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal), and the Supreme Court.
