Ninad is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience in litigation and dispute resolution. A first-generation lawyer, he graduated from Amity Law School, New Delhi, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, in 2012. He is a qualified Advocate-on-Record at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, demonstrating his expertise and standing in the legal profession.
Ninad began his career in the esteemed Chambers of Sh. Navin Chawla, former counsel for the Union of India in the Delhi High Court. During this time, he gained significant experience in the Telecom Dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), representing leading telecom companies, including Bharti Airtel and Vodafone, in complex regulatory and commercial disputes.
His practice also encompasses real estate litigation, where he regularly represents prominent clients such as Orchid Infrastructure Developers Pvt. Ltd., BPTP, and KPDK Buildtech before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, District Courts, and various tribunals. Ninad is well-versed in banking and finance law, having represented financial institutions like Punjab and Sind Bank in civil litigation and proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal.
In addition, he advises and represents both individual and corporate clients in matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), offering strategic counsel in insolvency and corporate law disputes.
