Ms. Indira Jaisingh is a pioneering figure in Indian law, with a career dedicated to advocating for human rights, gender justice, and social equality. As the first woman to be appointed a Senior Advocate in the Supreme Court of India, Jaisingh has fought tirelessly for the rights of marginalized communities, women, and children. She also represented the West Bengal Junior Doctors' Forum (WBJDF) when the Supreme Court heard the rape and murder case of a junior doctor at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in 2024.
